Welcome Reception
The welcome reception will be held at the seminar area of the Swiss Holiday Park on Sunday, 26 September 2010 from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.
Workshop dinner
The workshop dinner will be held at Hotel Alpstubli within the mountain resort Stoos on Wednesday evening, 29 September 2010. The aerial cableway will take you from Morschach to Stoos at an altitude of 1300 metres, where you will enjoy a pleasant evening with typical Swiss traditions.
PSI tour
On the last day of the workshop, Friday, 1 October 2010, we will transfer to the Paul Scherrer Institut for the summary session. In the afternoon, a guided tour of the accelerator facilities at PSI will be organized. Delegates are required to book this tour when registering for the workshop. For organizational reasons, we kindly ask you to indicate in the registration form whether you would like to return to Morschach with the coach party in the evening. (When planning your departure from Switzerland, please consider that it takes less time to travel to Zurich airport from PSI than from Morschach).
