Registration - now open

Registration for the Workshop is being directed through the HB2010 instance of the JACoW SPMS database. Delegates must have both a profile and an associated account within the JACoW Repository in order to register for the Workshop. Persons who have attended a JACoW conference since 2005, should already have a profile and account in the system. Only one account is needed for multiple conferences.

Registration Fee

Early Registration: 580 CHF no later than 23 July 2010
Regular Registration: 700 CHF no later than 3 September 2010

The registration fee includes:
- workshop kit
- welcome reception
- coffee breaks
- lunch meals
- workshop dinner
- visit/travel to PSI, Villigen

 

Companion Fees

Welcome reception (Sun): 35.00 CHF
Workshop dinner (Wed): 100.00 CHF
Visit/Travel to PSI, Villigen (Fri): 40.00 CHF
Registration fees are due from all participants, including invited speakers and chairpersons

Payment Methods

Payments can be made either by bank transfer or by credit card (online payment). Please note that in order to qualify for the early registration fee, payments must reach us no later than 23 July 2010. Bank transfers should hence be instigated several days in advance of this date to guarantee the reduced registration fee.

Credit Card Payment
For payments by credit card, please use the secure transaction link presented at the end of the registration process; alternatively, once you have registered, the secure online payment service can also be reached from here. You will need to enter the amount in Swiss Francs (CHF) your credit card is to be charged. The payment service is powered by Saferpay and runs with SSL-encryption. Credit cards accepted are: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, and American Express.

Bank Transfer
Please be aware that all bank charges must be covered by the sender. The following mandatory information is to be indicated on the transaction:
- reason of payment: "HB2010"
- full name of participant(s) for whom payment is being made
- name of organization/affiliation
